Trapunto Work on the Long Arm Quilting Machine

How to do a cheating method of Trapunto work on the Long Arm Quilting Machine

I love this easy technique, it is simple and it doesn't take long to do, but what a great finished product.
this method is really a cheater's method- I love the true art of trapunto work.  It is beautiful and needs to be recognized as such-

Trapunto quilting (Italian for "to embroider"), also called stuffed technique, is a quilting technique that is quite decorative in that it utilizes at least two layers, which is padded from the underside. This produces a raised surface on the quilt. This style originated in Italy before the 14th century.[2]

One of the earliest surviving examples of trapunto quilting is the Tristan Quilt in the Victoria and Albert Museum, a linen quilt representing scenes from the story of Tristan and Isolde which was made in Sicily during the second half of the 13th century.

The legend of Tristan and Isolde was a favoured narrative in the Middle Ages and appears in many forms in literature and the decorative arts. The story represented here on a quilted linen coverlet in 14 scenes, is that of the oppression of Cornwall by King Languis of Ireland and his champion the Morold, and the battle of Sir Tristan with the latter on behalf of his uncle King Mark. Although in subtle shades, the large scale designs are very clear and the quilt must have looked particularly impressive by candlelight, with lively scenes of battles, ships and castles.
